Troubleshooting ESM - LEDs Not Green

If the ESM link status LEDs are not green:
  1. Check the cable if properly connected between this ESM and the server. Reseat the cable if necessary.
  2. If not OK, reinstall the ESM and wait until ESM is fully booted.
  3. Check the link status LED. If the link status LED is not green, contact your Field Application Engineer (FAE).
