Installing Chassis into a Rack
Note: If the rail kit installation is complete, disregard Step 1 and Step 2.
- Extend the rail until it is locked (Click!) and pull white tab forward to remove the inner rail.

- Push tab to slide the middle rail as shown in 2a to retract the rail.

- Align the inner rail with the chassis keyhole (A-F).
Note: Please repeat installation step for the other side.

- Slide the inner rail to the left and secure the inner rail with two (2) M4 screws (D) at screw hole i-ii.
- Mount the chassis R to the chassis with 2 (D) M4 screws.

- Make sure the ball bearing retainer
is located at the front of the middle rail.

- Pull out middle rail and confirm it is locked. (Click!)
- Align the rear of the inner rail with the middle rail and insert the chassis.
- The rails will partially connect and stop. Press the blue tabs to unlock.

- Continue sliding the chassis to the rack.
- The rails will partially connect and stop. Press the blue tabs to unlock.
- Secure chassis to rack by tightening the thumb screw on both chassis ears during normal operation. For rack shipment only, an M5 shipping screw is required (A).

- Mount the CMA to the left and right sides of the chassis and rails as shown in image.
