Verify that the ESM port link status LED and the ESM status LED are solid green for each port that is connected to a cable. If the LEDs are not solid green see: Expander Service Module

Ensure all cables are correctly attached.

If you re-seat cables, restart the SD6200 dense storage platform enclosure.
