The system supports two redundant ESMs, each with the following features:

• SAS-4 x 24 expander
• 3 x Fans (4056)
• 1 x USB type-C UART debug port
• 2 x Mini SAS HD connector

Canister Status LEDs

Each canister is equipped with four LEDs at the rear, serving as indicators for canister and mini SAS port status. These include two LEDs for canister operational status and two for mini SAS port operational status.

• Canister Locate LED (Blue)
  • Identify - Blinking @4Hz
  • Off - Normal
• Canister Health LED (Green/Amber)
  • Healthy - Solid Green
  • Faulty - Solid Amber
• Mini SAS status LED (Green/Amber)
  • Link up and healthy - Solid Green
  • Link up but degraded – Solid Amber
