Installing Chassis into Rack
- Align 10 screw holes on the ear assembly with the 10 nuts on the chassis and fix the ear assembly to chassis using 10 M4_L6 screws.Note: There are 5 screws and nuts in each side, 10 in total.
- Align 10 screw holes on the outer bracket with the 10 nuts on the chassis.
- Lock the outer bracket to chassis with 10 M4_L5 screws. There are 2 outer brackets on two sides of the chassis.
- Lock the inner slider on the rack with 4 M6_L12 screws and 4 M6 floating nuts. There are 2 M6_L12 screws and 2 M6 floating nuts on each side.
- Push the chassis with outer slider smoothly into inner slider of Rail. Fasten the thumb screw. Lock 2 M6_L12 screws with 2 M6 floating nuts. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the switch to maintain proper air circulation.
