E3.S 1T Drive Installation
Note: No long drives have been validated for this system.
- Slot in the short drive holder onto drive carrier. Note: Skip this step if a short drive holder is already installed in the drive carrier.

- Remove the dummy SSD by disengaging it with the guide pin.
Note: By default, dummy SSDs are pre-installed in the drive carrier assemblies. To install a real SSD, first remove the dummy SSD. - Place the SSD onto the drive carrier with guides towards short drive holder (see Guide A and B).

CAUTION: All drive bays not populated with drives must have empty drive carriers to ensure proper airflow. Dummy SSDs need to be installed in the empty drive carriers to ensure a proper fit to chassis.
