neighbor maximum-prefix

Specifies neighbor router; Maximum number of prefixes that can be received from this peer.

Syntaxneighbor <neigh_addr> | <l3_intf> | <neigh_tag> maximum-prefix <max_prefix> [<thrsh_val>] [force|{restart <rst_intvl>}|warning-only]
Command mode
  • Configure-router-bgp-view

  • Configure-router-bgp-af4-view

  • Configure-router-bgp-af6-view

Parameters
  • neigh_addr – IPv4 or IPv6 Neighbor address.

  • l3_intf – L3 Interface.

  • neigh_tag – Neighbor tag.

  • max_prefix – Maximum number of prefix limit.

  • thrsh_val – Threshold value (%) at which to generate a warning message.

  • rst_intvl – Restart value in minutes.

UsageUse no neighbor <neigh_addr> | <l3_intf> | <neigh_tag> maximum-prefix <max_prefix> [<thrsh_val>] [force|{restart <rst_intvl>}|warning-only] to remove the configuration.
