bgp dampening

Enables route-flap dampening.


Syntax	`bgp dampening [<HL_time> <reuse_val> <suppress_val> <max_val>]`
Command mode	Configure-router-bgp-view Configure-router-bgp-af4-view Configure-router-bgp-af6-view
Parameters	`HL_time` – Half-life time for the penalty. `reuse_val` – Value to start reusing a route. `suppress_val` – Value to start suppressing a route. `max_val` – Maximum duration to suppress a stable route.
Usage	Use `no bgp dampening [<HL_time> <reuse_val> <suppress_val> <max_val>]` to remove the configuration.
