Wiring connections for replacement PSU
1. Using the same AC and DC cable assemblies, connect the ring end of the wires to the replacement PSU based on the PSU wiring diagram.

DC connection
1. Connect the DC connector to the connector at the main board.
Inserting PSU into chassis
1. Insert the replacement PSU into the chassis by placing the rear part of the PSU first, and then push it to the rear of the chassis.
Attaching PSU to chassis
1. Mount the PSU to the chassis of the Switch by using the M3 screw and the PSU holder at 2 locations as shown.

Connect the AC wiring
1. Connect the female connector end of the AC cable assembly to the AC socket.

2. Connect the remaining green/yellow wire ring end to the chassis by using the M4 pan head screw.
Remove cord retainer clip
1. Remove the cord retainer clip by pressing the arrow hook as shown using a pair of pliers and pull out.

Reinstall the PSU top cover
1. Reinstall the top cover by by inserting the front first.

2. Screw the five (5) M3 flat head screws and one (1) M4 pan head screw as shown.
Insert the cord retainer back into the chassis.
